Prefer to train in a group? 

If you’re nervous about personal training one on one, or prefer the idea of working out in a group setting, Rambo offers high energy sweat classes for those who prefer to train in groups. 

 

Do you find it challenging to train alone? 

It can be hard to maintain the drive to really push yourself when training on your own. Benefit from the motivating energy and accountability of working out in a group setting! You won’t get bored with the variety of exercises and enthusiastic company at Rambo’s bootcamp. 

 

A fun, energizing full-body workout! 

Rambo’s bootcamp training sessions give you a full-body workout with great variety to keep you engaged and having fun while you build strength and increase your stamina. You will push a sled, slam battle ropes, flip tires and swing kettlebells! Each one-hour class includes partner exercises as well as exercises you compete on your own.
